• Get into a space where you can focus with no distractions
• Get into a comfortable position
• Start slowing down your breath and get in tune with your body.
• Breathe in and out slowly and clear your mind.
• Give yourself permission to relax into the moment and in your body.
• Try this for 5 minutes at first and increase as you feel comfortable.
When I first started 5 minutes felt like a lifetime but with practice and time I gradually increased and can now meditate for an hour or more easily and my body loves it. Keep going, you can do it.
