With everything that’s going on gratitude has become at the top of my list of tools to help cope with stress, fear, and anxiety. It’s my daily ritual to write in my gratitude journal the things that I am thankful for and it has transformed my life from an anxious one to the complete opposite with love and so many blessings.

 And I know it can help you too.
